Once we hit our Limited Edition magic number or our countdown clock hits 0 your order will then have about 10 - 14 days
to hit your local postal service. In some cases an item is so popular it overwhelms the capacity of our Limited Edition
number early. As soon as we become aware of such a circumstance we contact the buyers within 24 hours to advise of
the status and a choice to re-allocate the purchase to another design or request a refund in full. If you choose to reallocate the purchase, you will also receive a credit toward your next purchase.
Our items are shipped on the same day from our central distribution facility. However, if your order also includes a faulty
item, we will partial ship and you will be notified of expected arrival date for the balance of your order at no additional
You will receive an order confirmation email with all your order details, including an order number. If you don’t get an
email, there may have been a problem with placing your order. Be sure and check your junk folder first. Sometimes our
order emails are caught in spam filters.
After adding items to your cart, you’ll proceed to the checkout page where you’ll see a “coupon code” field. Enter the
code there. Be sure and click “apply coupon.” The amount of the store credit will deducted form the order total.
Your payment is processed upon placement of order. Groovepill specialises in unique Limited Edition garments, all of
which are madejpecifically for you, we are NOT a mass produced or readily available in other markets. The goods are
advertised to a very specific audience that appreciates rarity of uniqueness, hard to find in market goods and thus not
readily re-sellable to the general public if the order is cancelled or the payment cannot be processed upon shipment.
Exchanges or returns for store credit on un-worn garments are welcome within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Just email
us and we’ll get you sorted out at email@example.com Postage can not be refunded or credited.
Due to the rare, unique, and nature of our goods, all sales are final. Items damaged in shipment or mis-shipments may
be returned for exchange or store credit. Returns are honoured for up to 20 days after recipes of shipment. All
authorised returns will receive a store credit.
